BOW OF DREAM
it is a compound bow..a lil bit cheaper than the recurve bow
but anyway, it cost about RM5000. i need to collect my own money or ask for sponsors if i want to own it..
normally we use this type of bow when we want to go for hunting, but recently, compound bow tournament have been popularise and have attracked many archers to join it.

Archer to be....
i start my life as an archer when i'm 13th years old. i'm interested in joining it for a very long time. i have watch many movies about it. its all starts when i'm in sekolah menengah agama izzuddin shah. i have join the archery club, but its quite passive there. then, i'll get back into my track when i entered Taiping Technic School. i just join the Technic Archery Club when i was 17,when i was in form 5. i have come to the team selection, and i have selected to be one of the team members. although it's too late to join because we are having big exam, it cant stop me from achieving my dreams.

History of Archery
Bows and arrows have been present in Egyptian culture since its predynastic origins. In the Levant, artifacts which may be arrow-shaft straighteners are known from the Natufian culture, (ca. 12,800–10,300 BP (before present)) onwards. The Khiamian and PPN A shouldered Khiam-points may well be arrowheads.
Classical civilizations, notably the Persians, Parthians, Indians, Koreans, Chinese, and Japanese fielded large numbers of archers in their armies. The Sanskrit term for archery, dhanurveda, came to refer to martial arts in general.
Archery was highly developed in Asia and in the Islamic world. In East Asia the ancient Korean civilizations were well-known for their archery skills.[1] Central Asian and American Plains tribesmen were extremely adept at archery on horseback.

Archery
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Archery is the art, practice or skill of shooting with bow and arrow. Archery has historically been used in hunting and combat and has become a precision sport. A person practicing archery is called an archer or bowman, and one who is fond of or an expert at archery is sometimes called a toxophilite.
